Giving to Agriculture
For nearly 100 years, Illinois State University has been graduating leaders in agriculture. Their legacy is a department with a national reputation for excellence. The 100th aniversary gives us a chance to reflect upon a proud past and invest in the future of agriculture.
The 100 by 100 celebration was launched to help the department celebrate its 100th anniverary with a goal of raising $400,000 to support four departmental priorities

One year at Illinois State costs about $20,000. Tuition and fees are about half the cost; living expenses make up the other half. Scholarships enable students to earn a transformative education and go on to leave their mark on the world.
The need for scholarships:
The Illinois State University Teaching and Research Farm is located on 360 acres near Lexington. It is financially self-sufficient and must rely on production to support many teaching, research, and outreach needs.

The Horticulture Center occupies 12 acres north of the Illinois State Golf Course on Raab Road in Normal. The facility serves as an outdoor laboratory to support the Horticulture and Landscape Management program.
Funding can be donated for a specific project. These funds provide the department with the flexibility to meet emerging priorities. Special projects may include, but are not limited to:
